A contributing team member

I can't wait to get to know my editor and supervisor and to introduce myself to the rest of the staff of the Springfield News-Leader in Missouri because I have so much to learn from them. Each news department can help me improve my video stories and bring them to the level of professional quality that I want my work to reflect. I like the idea of attending the budget meetings when I can and seeing how the editors run the paper, while also being able to suggest my ideas for stories. I am excited to become a learning and contributing member of the paper.
