Creating memories

Being in Washington, D.C., with other aspiring journalists is a situation I will likely never experience again. It is up to me to get the most out of it, and to do so I have specific goals in mind. Here, with other Chips Quinn Scholars I hope to get to know them and be able to share stories and experiences. I also want to learn what I can from guest speakers and other professionals so I will be better prepared for my internship. Lastly, I hope to look back on this weekend with fond memories and be able to tell others what it is to be a Chips Quinn Scholar.
